Overview

As an Accounts Payable and Receivable Clerk, you will be responsible for managing and processing financial transactions related to accounts payable and accounts receivable. You will work closely with the purchasing, finance, and administration teams to ensure timely and accurate processing of invoices, payment and receipts and maintain accurate records of all financial transactions. You will also assist with financial analysis, reporting and related additional tasks as required.

Responsibilities
Accounts Payable:

  • Receive, review, and process invoices, ensuring proper coding, approval, and accuracy
  • Reconcile vendor statements/accounts payable documents
  • Communicate with purchasing to resolve any invoice discrepancies or issues. Follow up with vendors as required
  • Maintain accurate records of all accounts payable transactions in ERP software (Microsoft Dynamics)

Overview

We have an immediate opening for an AZ Truck Driver with Boom Experience. The Truck Driver will report to the Dispatcher and will be responsible for strapping loaded trailers, delivering finished goods to job sites, and assisting with product yard storage.

Responsibilities

  • Performing pre-trip and post-trip inspections of equipment, paperwork, and loaded product
  • Maintaining daily driving logs

Overview

We are looking for a BIM Technician to join our team.  You’ll be a member of our engineering team, contributing to the design of our more complex products. To be successful in this position, you should have hands-on experience using CAD software with strong attention to detail. It’s also important that you have solid project coordination skills to meet the daily demands of the role.

Responsibilities

  • Ability to read and interpret detailed civil engineering drawings, including plan and profile drawings.
  • Prepare shop drawings for review and approval to clients and production drawings for the manufacture of the company’s products, primarily utilizing Autodesk Inventor, as well as AutoCAD, and MH Pro.
  • Maintain status of issued shop drawings and follow-up as required with appropriate MCON staff and/or clients.

  • Prepare image rendering of company products for on-line catalogue and website.
  • Prepare product proposal drawings for specifier approvals.
  • Perform detail material quantity take-offs.
  • Technical liaise with software vendors.

  • Communicate with general and site contractors, consulting engineers and external sales representatives throughout the sales & design process.
  • Ongoing liaison and collaboration with MCON Engineering, Sales, and plant staff.

  • Completion of a college diploma or accredited university degree, with a focus on drafting and design using Autodesk products.

Overview

The Facility Custodian reports to the Plant Supervisor and works with employees at all levels of the organization. Overview

General labourers reporting to their Supervisor are responsible for aiding in all areas of the precast concrete plant and production processes. Qualifications
Education Required:

Overview

We are looking for a Senior Project Coordinator. The primary responsibilities include providing project leadership/technical support/guidance and ensuring the proper exchange of information within the engineering team; managing overall communication among project team members and ensuring effective coordination between the different departments involved in design and production processes.   • Working closely with Project Coordinators, BIM Technicians, Engineers, Estimating, and Production staff to deliver products on time
  • Perform detail material quantity take-offs
  • Direct and support projects from the beginning design phase until delivery
  • Ensure products are being designed in accordance with design standards
  • Ensure that all work completed by the engineering team is completed accurately
  • Coordinate the approval and purchase of specialty hardware included with our products
  • Assist with the completion of estimates, estimate reviews and costing
  • As required, prepare plant shop drawings for manufacturing in AutoCAD/Inventor, and or MH Pro
  • Communicate with general/site contractors, consulting engineers and external sales representatives including responding to questions or inquiries about project status, concerns, or other requests for information.
  • As required, conduct job site visits (with clients as required) where products being installed
  • As required, project kick off meetings (with clients as required)
  • Project lead on any complex or custom projects as required including consulting with Estimating during completion of custom product proposals
  • Process change orders and communicate changes with Estimating and billing departments
  • Contribute to the detailing and designing of fabrication projects in the plant as required
  • Help maintain library of standard shop drawings
  • Technical liaison with software suppliers and specifiers

Skilled Labourers are responsible for aiding in all areas of the precast concrete plant and production processes. They are responsible for collecting materials, assembling cages, setting up forms and concrete placing. They participate in general housekeeping and other various tasks throughout the plant.   • Receive oral instructions to determine work assignments.
  • Perform physical activities that require considerable use of your arms and legs and moving your whole body, such as climbing, lifting, balancing, walking, crouching, and handling of materials
  • Assembly, position and dismantle concrete forms.
  • Bending, tying, and placing reinforcing steel for precast concrete structures
  • Transport raw materials, finished products and equipment throughout plant manually or using powered equipment
